After spending three days in Hong Kong in March, I concluded that SARS was biological warfare. The giveaway for me was the way it was transmitted. Over 90% of the cases were in one apartment and one medical complex. That more than suggested to me that the bug was put in the air-conditioning systems of the buildings, spreading through the vents. And that was the means of transmission of a similar experiment in spreading killer viruses over two decades ago, when Legionnaire's Disease was spread through the air-conditioning ducts of a Philadelphia hotel.

By the time I returned to Israel, the news was out:
Moscow - The deadly pneumonia that has killed more than 100 people around the world may be a man-made biological weapon, Russian experts said on Friday. Nikolai Filatov, head of Moscow's epidemiological services, told the Gazeta daily that he thought the pneumonia was man-made because "there is no vaccine for this virus, its make-up is unclear, it has not been very widespread and the population is not immune to it." Yet he had some reservations, since the virus has a low mortality rate - so far killing 4% of those infected -, and because it is relatively difficult to pass on - through direct contact or inhalation. The virus, according to academy of medicine member Sergei Kolesnikov, is a cocktail of mumps and measles, whose mix could never appear in nature. "We can only get that in a laboratory," he told a conference in the Siberian city of Irkutsk, quoted by RIA Novosti news agency. It may have spread because of an "accidental leak" from a lab, he added. More than 100 people have died and some 3000 others have been infected by Severe acute respiratory syndrome (Sars), which is believed to have originated in China's southern Guangdong province.

Why the Epidemic?
To understand who as well as why, the reader is asked to do a few internet searches with suggested keywords: New World Order Conspiracy, China New World Order, Communism China New World Order, Council On Foreign Relations Conspiracy. These should provide some startling revelations. The reader will discover that the wealthiest men of America and Europe are playing chess with the world in order to facilitate a destruction of the planet's old order and the creation of a new one with them at the helm. The American flagship of these plotters is a Manhattan think tank called the Council On Foreign Relations (CFR). Its Asian Affairs Department is a daughter organization formed in 1976 called the Tri-Lateral Commission which includes Japan in its connivances. Communism was created by the forefathers of today's NWO leadership. Marx was living in London and promoted there when he developed communism, if in fact, he was not doing the thinking of his superiors. Trotsky was living in New York and it was the New York financiers who paid for his trip to Russia to foment revolution. Lenin was in Switzerland before he took his famous and financed train trip to Finland and St.Petersburg.

Communism was an experiment in complete repression by the leaders of the NWO, whose goal of enslavement of whole populations began in Russia, but within thirty years was transplanted on Chinese soil. There is nothing in Chinese tradition or belief which is remotely communistic. This is a European experiment that would never have been accepted by the Chinese people without a great deal of money and arms from the West and its NWO leadership. And, in fact, the American people refused to accept the enslavement of China for over two decades until one Henry Kissinger recognized China. Kissinger was a high ranking executive of the CFR and it was their policy he was promoting. President Nixon was forced to play along.

The communist leaders of China are beholden to the CFR in ways we can only understand by observation. The CFR and its founder, the Rockefeller family of New York, are the leading world promulgators of birth control. It is more than a fair guess that China's dictatorial birth laws originated in Manhattan. The CFR and members like Powell, Reese, Perle, Cheney, Wolfowitz arranged a war in Iraq this year. They wanted nothing to interfere with their plans. It looks like China interfered too much. While the Bush team tolerated no objections, at the same time, North Korea reacted by rattling its nuclear saber. It was a warning to Bush, whose grandfather Prescott was amongst the founders of the CFR. Bush reacted to the warning with an open attack threat against North Korea and a subtle message to China, namely SARS. It seems China got the message by late April. It agreed to trilateral talks with the US and North Korea to dismantle the North Korean nuclear machine.

SARS did its job, wrecking China's trade and tourism. All that's left to discuss is whether its worldwide spread was a case of a genie escaping the bottle or whether the disease is also useful in planetary population control.
